A fine quality fighting sword from Thailand.

Dressed in simple rattan and timber, this old fighting sword measures 88cms long in its scabbard, 84cms out and has a blade length of 56cms long, which is 1cms thick at the spine.
The hilt appears to be a solid bamboo core covered in fine individual rattan rings.
The blade is a fine fighting type, well balanced and has a very thick spine.
The scabbard retains its original baldric suspension cord and is also bound by individual rattan rings.
